Luke completed his podiatry studies and honours research in chronic plantar fasciitis causes and treatment at Charles Sturt University in 2006. He has worked in Victoria and spent the last 13 years in clinics in Darwin as a senior podiatrist, overseeing the management of podiatry practices and staff and student mentoring.
Luke has a great interest in helping difficult and painful foot and lower limb pain issues, helping to manage both acute concerns, and support the long-term goals and resolution of chronic problems for his clients.
Luke takes interest in all areas of podiatry, with an emphasis in musculoskeletal cases, involving issues with gait, footwear and complex injury cases, as well as toenail surgery and children’s foot concerns. Outside of work, he is a dedicate husband and father of two, who enjoys being outdoors.
Cassi Bonython B.Hlth. Sci(Podiatry)
Cassi is a fellow Charles Sturt Graduate, completing her studies in 2011. She has worked as a Podiatrist in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and moved up to the Northern Territory in February 2022 to be closer to family.
Cassi's interest in diabetes and chronic pain, and also enjoys treating injuries and performing nail surgeries among other issues make her a the fantastic and friendly podiatrist patients see when coming to Acacia. Her passion lies around Education for Chronic Disease, to try and limit the impacts on a individuals quality of life.
When she’s not at work you’ll find Cassi at the beach with her dog Vegemite, running or dipping her toe into any and every creative activity she can get her hands on. She loves the outdoors and having a laugh with friends.
